Amalfi Climate is run by Justin and Diana Collins, who are married, from Sudbury. The installation work is done by Arron Grainger, who has spent his career in the trade. It is a small team on purpose: the person who surveys your house is the person who quotes it, and the person who fits it is the person who comes back to service it.

Justin has spent most of his career in customer-facing roles and in procurement, which is an unusual pair and a useful one here: years of sitting on both sides of a deal, buying well enough that the saving reaches the customer rather than stopping at the company. He does the surveys and the quoting, so the person who measures your house is the person who puts a price on it.

A career in air conditioning across both commercial and domestic work, and the reason the installations look the way they do in the photographs on this site. Arron fits the systems and comes back to service them, so nothing gets handed to a stranger a year later.
Office Manager
Customer support and scheduling
Diana has spent most of her career in customer service and in sorting out the things that go wrong, which is the part most firms are worst at. She runs the office, the diary and the calls, and is usually who you speak to between the survey and the installation. She and Justin are married and run the business between them.
